As long as we receive 24 hours notice (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) we do not charge for altering an appointment with a dentist. This allows us to offer the time to someone else. If less notice is received or the appointment is missed the charge will be calculated on the scheduled appointment time on the basis of £30 per hour. For example a missed 10 minute appointment would incur a charge of £5. |
