Q: Tell me about the practice?

A:

1. We are a single handed practice and this ensures you see the same dentist at every visit. We offer a large range of treatments ranging from general dentistry to implants, cosmetic dentistry, tooth whitening and orthodontics using clear braces. We offer conscious sedation for nervous patients.

Q: What happens at my first visit?

A: The evaluation will take 1/2 hour and we carry out:

1. A medical history review
2. Examination of the teeth & soft tissues
3. Periodontal/ gum evaluation
4. Oral cancer screening
5. Radiographs
6. Discuss your concerns and goals for your teeth, mouth and smile.

A: At Pearls we have introduced a new financial policy that will make paying for your treatment more comfortable for you.

(Note: Our payment policy is for Private patients only. For NHS patients the policy is still payment in advance of treatment)

We ask that all new patients pay in advance for the initial consultation.

So that we can provide the very best care and service to you, we ask that a fee is made to secure appointments for treatment. For treatment that involves laboratory work such as crowns, bridges and dentures we ask that the fee is paid for in advance of treatment.

Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash or Cheques. Monthly dental plans and 0% finance are available.

Payment options for fees £500 and below are:

1. Full payment on day of receiving your treatment plan will benefit from a 5% accounting or courtesy reduction of the total fee.

2. Half of the total fee to secure the treatment appointments/ or time and the remaining half to be paid before the next appointment.

1. Full payment on day of receiving your treatment plan will benefit from a 5% accounting or courtesy reduction of the total fee.

2. Payments can be divided up to a maximum of four payments to be paid before each of the appointments. We ask that the first payment is made in advance to secure the first treatment appointment.

3. We also have financial partners Dental Finance who offer credit options ranging from interest free payments spread over 12 months to payments with interest over 2-4 years. We are happy to discuss the options with you. If you think this may be of interest to you, please bring along your bank sort code and account details, so that we can complete all the necessary paperwork.

Q: How do I make an appointment?

A: Please call the surgery and schedule an appointment and to also discuss the cost of the evaluation. You can also complete the contact sheet and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
